OUR BELIEFS

Pursuing Truth

At Redeemer Presbyterian, we are committed to the rich heritage of the Protestant Reformation with its emphasis on God’s sovereignty and grace. The confessions of faith we embrace as best articulating this system of doctrine are the Westminster Confession of Faith with its Larger and Shorter Catechisms, as well as the Heidelberg Catechism. Redeemer is a church of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).

APOSTLE’S CREED

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord: Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into hell. The third day He arose again from the dead;

He ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from there he shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit; the holy catholic church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.

Redeemer Music

Theologically Sound

We believe the songs that we communally express during Sunday’s worship should have a solid Biblical foundation. As we sing God’s promises communally, it not only gives God praise but it reinforces the foundations of our faith within our hearts.
